Welcome

Thanks to my Mama, I have foolproof documentation of when my dream to become a writer began. Now, many decades later, I am finally about to realize that dream. This blog is not intended to be all about me. It is about dreams. Mine and yours. I have waited a long time to do something about this childhood dream, and I want to be an encouraging voice to other dreamers, to bite the bullet, swallow hard, and take a leap, scary though it may be.

I want to share with you my path to this point in my life. What has kept me from beginning this journey, what pitfalls have delayed my progress, and what experiences have prepared me for this new chapter (ha ha, pun intended) of my life? And, I invite you, should you feel so inclined, to add your stories, dreams, and aspirations to mine, so that we can lift, strengthen, encourage, and support one another. If we can help each other to move forward with our dreams, we will, I think, not only make our own lives richer and more fulfilling, but we will make the world a better place.
